Rural Development Action Cell (RDAC) came into existence in the year1989 and later in December’1990, the RDAC got registered under Society Registration Act 1860 as per Govt. of Orissa laws and in the year 1995 registered under FCRA Act of 1976 from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
